My name is Rajesh Raheja (Twitter handle @RahejaRajesh).
I am a product development leader and technologist with 20 years of experience building cross-industry, world-class enterprise applications and middleware platform technologies. Currently, I am senior director of development in Oracle’s Fusion Middleware SOA Integration group, providing organization-wide technology leadership on various on-premise and cloud application integration initiatives.
In my 16 years at Oracle, I have led and managed global engineering teams to bring complex products to market, led various high-profile projects through all aspects of the agile development lifecycle, and have introduced new products, taking them from concept to commercialization. Prior to joining Oracle, my experience includes consulting engagements at global IT companies in the US, UK, and India.
I am passionate about creating innovative technology solutions using simple designs with an elegant, holistic user experience. I know how to leverage my customer/market sense, broad technology expertise, and consulting savvy to architect effective, yet compelling solutions for implementation ease and scaling. I am seasoned in organizing and leading crack teams to create market-leading products, and identifying process improvements to eliminate drudgery and focus the team on creative challenges.
